Commercial Preconstruction Services

Our pre-construction service is a collaborative effort between the Client, the Architect(s) and the Contractor to establish and achieve the overall project design and vision. It is an opportunity, at this early stage in the process, to analyze all options in an attempt to provide accurate cost and time-saving alternatives. It is also a time to reach out to select subcontractors and build partnerships that benefit the customer by agreeing on pricing that remains fixed throughout the course of construction.
